it's coffee drinkin' weather for real now :]
and nothing makes me happier. i adore stepping outside to the crispness of the wind and the necessity of a second swipe of chapstick on my lips.
everything truly is better in the fall. even the hardest of days, similar to that of mine today, seems fixable when the promise of chill lies in the air.
truthfully- mondays don't usually bring me down. i enjoy classes - and reading - and reminders to stretch my thoughts.
today was harder than usual though. and i fully realize why.
where does one draw the line between self-sacrifice and self-interest? it's so very hard to remedy feeling selfish despite recognition of doing the right thing.
"you can love someone and not be right for someone."
i'm so exhausted from realizing time and again that this rings truer with my relations than not.
or ever.
i need renewal. and for the first time in a long time, i know where i'm searching for it.
back to the beginning of the essence of myself.
i have an insistent urging to become manifested.
i want to live my part in this tale to its fullest.
it's just so nice to have reminders of how.

"for every artist who has developed a mature vision with grace and speed, countless others have laboriously nurtured their art through fertile periods and dry spells, through false starts and breakaway bursts, through successive and significant changes of direction, medium, and subject matter...tolerance for uncertainty is the prerequisite to succeeding." -art and fear
